Few Major Changes to the arrangements of ULAB 7th Convocation

Dear Graduating Students,

I am pleased to share the news of a few major changes to the arrangements for the 7th Convocation: 

1. Certificate Handover: In the second session of the convocation, each graduate will receive a certificate folder on the stage. Photographs will be taken of each student receiving the folder.
2. Gala Event: A gala event will take place in the evening at the same venue. It will start with  performances by selected ULABian musicians and singers, and will be  followed by a performance by a reputed band. A packet of biryani and beverage will be served to each graduate at the end of the gala event.
3. Shuttle Bus: Shuttle bus service will be available only for the graduating students as per the following schedule. Each student will receive a bus token for the journey to the venue. Students will be required to board the trip that is specified on the coupon:
